Default
Workflow builder
Lead routing
After an unsatisfactory collaboration with a previous agency, Default required a complete rethink of their product’s design direction. The objectives included resolving structural and interaction issues in existing wireframes, replacing the Chakra UI library with a custom design system, and ensuring a consistent, intuitive experience ahead of market launch.
The final output included over 60 workflow configurations with detailed properties, high-fidelity mockups for core features (Scheduler, Workflow Builder, Form Metrics, Widgets, Lead Details, Import Form), and a fully custom design system applied across the product. The result was a consistent, scalable, and user-friendly interface ready for launch.
Default is an all-in-one inbound lead qualification, scheduling, and routing platform helping companies consolidate their GTM stack in one integrated platform.

Rengage
Workflow builder
User journey
Rengage set out to build a cohesive growth automation platform, informed by the founders' prior experience scaling operations at Uber. A clear product vision was in place, but it required translation into a tangible MVP and a compelling investor narrative. The collaboration took place during the company’s early formation stage, culminating in a successful $3.2M pre-seed funding round.
The initial phase delivered a demo-ready MVP and an investor pitch deck. This was followed by the full product design, including a custom design system and high-fidelity mockups for key features such as the Dashboard, Onboarding, User Journey Builder, Moments, Audiences, Campaigns, and the Content Hub. All components were designed for immediate implementation.
Rengage automates customer engagement at every stage, helping you leverage data, segmentation, and personalization to deliver the right messages at the right time and achieve sustainable growth.

Hotpot
On-call management
Incidents
Hotpot set out to build a platform that automates best practices for on-call programs, making it accessible for teams of all sizes. With leadership experience from companies like Amazon, NASA, Stripe, and Twitter, the founders brought deep domain expertise but needed a product vision translated into a scalable, user-friendly experience.
The outcome included a complete, high-fidelity product design along with a modular design system built for long-term scalability. Smart Scheduling and Automated Handoff were among the first features developed and are currently undergoing testing with early users to inform further iterations.
Hotpot combines decades of experience and extensive research in resilience and cognitive systems engineering, influenced by the practices of the world's best on-call teams. Hotpot reimagines on-call with more flexibility, agency, and care.

Sojo
Hospitality
Automation
Sojo, a Series A startup in the hospitality industry, initially relied on a Retool-based internal system for managing property restocking operations. As their client base grew to include major players like Avantstay, Prime Vacations, and Natural Retreats, the limitations of the existing tool became clear. Key pain points included the absence of package tracking, no background data refresh, and a high risk of accidental data modifications — all of which created inefficiencies at scale.
The final solution included a fully custom, scalable interface tailored for operations teams managing thousands of properties across hundreds of U.S. cities. A modular design system was developed to support rapid feature expansion. Key screens included package tracking, inventory overviews, and permission-aware editing workflows — all optimized for speed, clarity, and error prevention.
