The challenge
The founders of Hotpot, with decades of experience building operational tools and leading teams at organizations like Amazon, NASA, Stripe, and Twitter, sought to create a product that automates best practices for on-call programs. Their goal was to make it easy for any organization, regardless of size, to implement a world-class on-call system.

Deliverables
We delivered a full design process, resulting in a high-fidelity product design and an easily expandable design system to accommodate future improvements based on user feedback. Through collaborative brainstorming sessions, we developed unique features such as Smart Scheduling and Automated Handoff. These features are now being implemented and tested with early users.
