Sojo, a Series A startup in the hospitality industry, initially relied on a Retool-based internal system for managing property restocking operations. As their client base grew to include major players like Avantstay, Prime Vacations, and Natural Retreats, the limitations of the existing tool became clear. Key pain points included the absence of package tracking, no background data refresh, and a high risk of accidental data modifications — all of which created inefficiencies at scale.

A modular design system was developed to support rapid feature expansion. Key screens included package tracking, inventory overviews, and permission-aware editing workflows — all optimized for speed, clarity, and error prevention.
